Build on your mindfulness practice with this workshop, whether you're a well-practiced Mindfulness pro or a complete newbie to all of this stuff, we'll work to build on your practice.
Learn the science behind how emotions affect our bodies, self-directed neuroplasticity, your parasympathetic nervous system, meditation, and how we can apply this in simple steps to our daily lives. This stuff is important anyway, but even more so during lockdown!
Learn to breathe better, to live more presently, and to be a little less judgemental of how you feel.
As always my community option applies here. If you are having any issues that may prevent you from attending this course, whether it be money, family, anxiety, whatever it is... but you feel that you need to come along, just get in touch - we can work it out.

Whether you're a well practiced Yogi, a weight lifter or a runner, someone who doesn't enjoy working out, maybe you're a complete newbie to all of this upside down stuff, whatever your ability or experience, you're welcome at this workshop.
You'll work to your own level with the help and guidance from me through out.
Learn to love the upside down!
We'll work on strengthening for inversions, handstands, hand balancing, fore arm balances, headstands, shoulder stands and fun variations of all of these poses.
We'll cover the techniques for the all of these inversions, and you'll come away from this workshop with tools to improve your inversions at home too.
