There's the option above to select a 'Pay it Forward' class. This is a higher-priced option to attend class so that the extra pennies can go toward those who don't have as much financial stability at the moment. You can select this option and attend your class as usual. You can also use this option by paying in cash if you'd like.
There's a minimum set fee because, well, the current climate means that as much as I'd LOVE to do all this for free, I've still got the business bills to pay... But if you're wanting to pay higher than the set minimum, you can. This is a 'pay it forward' kind of deal, I have contacts that work in relation to mental health and social support that encourage yoga classes as one of the tools to navigating trickier times. Your extra pennies go towards supporting spaces in class for those who maybe can't pay currently, meaning that I can still pay the bills, but offer space in class physically and hold space energetically for someone who might just need it. And it's always truly appreciated!

Classes are a safe space free of judgment and all money-related talks are completely confidential. I believe that movement, mental well-being, community, and socialising a little, can be hugely helpful in how we navigate tricky times.
