A Vinyasa Flow class suitable for all levels to reverse the effects of everyday life.
Sitting at desks, in armchairs, cooking, driving, gardening, anything that involves hunching forwards. Lifting, being on your feet all day, stress, anxieties, anything that causes you discomfort. We'll work to combat these things. Open up your body! Open your mind. Learn to work WITH your emotions, not against them. Meditate, be calm, take the weight off your feet and your mind.
Online classes are currently available in two styles for adults. These are all levels classes suitable for anybody.
Contemporary, for those wanting some exploration, some expressive and creative movement based on technique and strength.
Commercial, for those wanting to work out and learn choreography to make them feel powerful and strong.
Pilates is a full body work out. Focusing on strengthening and lengthening the body, correcting posture and deepening the mind-body connection. We work towards a strong core and balanced body. As we become more aware of how our bodies work, we can focus on what we need to do to feel good and reverse the effects of desk work, slouching, weakness, etc!
1-2-1's and private group sessions are available in all of the above and more.
