A Vinyasa Flow class suitable for all levels to reverse the effects of everyday life.
The only aim of these classes is to feel better. We have good music, freedom of giggling or stumbling your way through some crazy poses if you want, or napping for 45 minutes - it's all yoga.
We'll work to combat anything that doesn't make us feel good, whether that's stress or physical aches and pains. Think of this as a concentrated dose of the opposite to our busy lifestyles. Slowing down, breathing, moving, feeling, laughing, napping...
These are all levels classes suitable for anybody who wants to dance.
Currently, on the timetable, we have one adult class in Contemporary dance. For those wanting some exploration, some expressive and creative movement based on technique and strength.
Pilates is a full body work out. Focusing on functionality, strengthening and lengthening the body, correcting posture and deepening the mind-body connection. We work towards a strong core and balanced body. As we become more aware of how our bodies work, we can focus on what we need to do to feel good and reverse the effects of desk work, slouching, weakness, etc!
1-2-1's and private group sessions are available in all of the above and more.
